How to Use VidiCable for Mac
VidiCable gives you everything you need to record, download, output MP4/MKV files and easily transfer to other devices for offline viewing on Mac. With the help of this tool, you can easily get rid of the platform limits, download your favorite videos as MP4 or MKV files at lightning speed, and watch them offline when your device is not connected to the Internet. Now let's learn how it works. To start with, please download and install the latest version of VidiCable:
1. How to Register VidiCable for Mac
You don't need to pay to download videos from YouTube, Abema, and other free video websites by using VidiCable. But only the first 5 minutes of each video from other sites (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Max, Discovery+, U-Next, Apple TV+, Peacock, DMM, Hotstar, NHK+, Crunchyroll, and more) can be downloaded using the free trial version. To unlock all features, please purchase a license and register for the program.
Step 1 Launch VidiCable on your Mac, then register by clicking the key icon or the Menu > Register.
Step 2 Then copy (Command+C) and paste (Command+V) the registration Email and Code you received into the pop-up registration window.
2. How to Download Videos from Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Abema or Else?
Step 1 Select Website
Launch VidiCable on your Mac, and you will be required to select the website that you want to download videos from.
Step 2 Select Video Quality
Then, tap on the Gear icon on the top-right corner to access the Settings window, where you can select the video quality, change the output path, and enable the option for hardware acceleration.
Step 3 Search for Videos
The built-in browser is the same as the original platform, allowing you to navigate the programme without any trouble. To add your desired videos, simply browse the library or enter the name in the search bar.
Step 4 Download Videos
Once clicking on the video, you'll notice that the gray download icon become green. Now press the download icon, and there will be a pop-up window to give you a choice of downloads. Here you can choose the video quality, audio format and the language of subtitles. Then tap on Download to initiate the download process.
3. How to Record Videos from Streaming Sites (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, Max and more)?
Step 1 Select Website
Click on the VidiCable icon on your desktop to run it. For the first time using it, there will be a window for you to select the website to download from.
Step 2 Log into Account
VidiCable requires your account to access to the library, but rest assured, it will not record any information related to your account privacy. Click Sign In to log into your account.
Step 3 Customize Output Settings
Next, click the Settings button on the top right corner to open the Settings window. Here you can adjust some download settings according to your needs, such as the language of audio tracks and subtitles, the output path and the subtitle format.
Step 4 View the Library or Search Videos
Due to a built-in browser, you can view contents through VidiCable directly. Also, it's recommended to add videos by searching the name for a quicker search.
Step 5 Select Advanced Download Settings
To activate the gray download icon, all you need to do is click on the target video. For downloading a TV shows, you can access to the Advanced Download window by clicking the download icon then Advanced Download. By this way, you can customize the output format, the subtitle language and choose the file size according to the storage space of your device.
For a movie, simply click the icon to select Advanced Download settings.
Step 6 Download Videos
Now click Download to start your download. After several minutes, the download is completed and you can view all downloaded videos in the Library.
